Returns & Exchange Policy

Easy Returns

We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number
2. Receive a prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop off at your nearest courier point

Exchanges

We cover shipping costs for all exchanges. Available for size and colour swaps, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or custom-made items, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
